The Adult Hockey Association is our adult no-check hockey league in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. AHA has over 1,000 adults playing in its league and it includes a beginners' school and season. Check out their web site. They could be managing a league in your city.

The Women's Hockey Association of Minnesota is one of the largest women's hockey leagues in the United States. No offense--but this beats ringette! We love WHAM!

Hockey North America is an adult no-check hockey league. It was founded in 1980. You can contact them directly, toll free, at 1-800-4-HOCKEY. Their web site contains a map of the U.S. which indicates in which cities they have leagues. Hockey North America has teams in most of the major cities east of the Rockies. Over 12,000 adults play in this league and they have a special first year school and program for beginners.

USA Hockey is the official organizing body of most amateur hockey in the United States. Unfortunately this web site does not provide links to state associations. A little work with the yellow pages can help you find most USA Hockey affiliates in your state.
